Class Descriptions
Barre (Beg, Int, Adv): Barre is a total body workout that fuses ballet barre exercises, Pilates core work, yoga flexibility and resistance training that will sculpt, stretch and tone major muscle groups. Class may include balls, bands or dumbbells. No dance experience needed.
Barre Fusion (Beg, Int, Adv): This is an energizing hybrid workout class that features elements of Pilates, ballet, yoga and strength for a unique workout. Small weights may be utilized during the workout.
Body Blast (Beg, Int, Adv): Body Blast is a fast-paced, full-body workout that packs a punch in just 30-minutes. This class features 10-minutes of heart-pumping cardio, 10-minutes of muscle-building strength, and 10-minutes of core-crushing moves. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class keeps things fresh, fun, and fiercely effective!
Boot Camp (Beg, Int, Adv): This high-energy class mixes strength and cardio exercises using a variety of equipment to keep your body guessing and your mind engaged. Every workout is creative, challenging, and designed to help you build strength, boost endurance, and leave feeling unstoppable.
Cardio and Core (Beg, Int): This combination class focuses on 15-minutes of cardiovascular exercise that increases your heart rate and 15-minutes of core-specific exercises that will strengthen the abdominals, glutes, lower back, hips, and shoulders. Equipment is optional for this class.
Circuit Training (Int, Adv): Welcome to Circuit Training, a high energy circuit style HIIT class that will move you through a variety of dynamic movements designed to keep your heart rate up and muscles working. It's all about pushing yourself to get the most out of a 30-minute workout.
Chair Yoga (Beg): Using a chair as a prop, this class includes breathwork, flexibility, balance, and strength. A quarter of the class is done seated, and the rest will involve standing and balancing poses. Occasionally you will be lying down with the option to remain seated.
Cycle (Beg, Int, Adv): Get energized and fit in just 30-minutes with the perfect mix of interval training and music-driven motivation. You'll burn calories, boost muscular endurance, and build cardio fitness as you ride through hills, sprints, and high-energy challenges that take your workout to the next level.
Gentle Yoga (Beg, Int): Each class explores a new theme through gentle yoga postures practiced from the comfort of a chair. Modifications are provided for every pose, making it accessible and adaptable for all abilities. Join us to improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Fit Basic (Beg, Int): Get ready to move with energy—without the impact! This low-impact, high-energy class is designed to get your heart rate up and boost your mood with easy-to-follow movements that are gentle on the joints. Perfect for all fitness levels, it combines upbeat music, cardio, and strength elements to leave you feeling strong, energized, and empowered.
Foam Rolling (Beg, Int, Adv): Recover, restore, and roll it out! This guided foam rolling class focuses on improving blood flow, releasing muscle tension, and enhancing functional movement. Using a combination of self-myofascial release techniques and gentle mobility work, you'll leave feeling refreshed, more flexible, and ready to move better—whether you're recovering from a workout or preparing for your next one. Perfect for all fitness levels.
HIIT (Int/Adv): Boost your fitness and burn serious calories in this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class! You’ll alternate between bursts of effort and short recovery periods using a mix of cardio, strength, and bodyweight exercises. Designed to be efficient and effective, this class keeps your heart rate up and your energy high. Modifications are always offered, so come ready to sweat, move, and feel unstoppable!
Kettlebell (Beg, Int, Adv): In just 30-minutes, this kettlebell class delivers a fun and effective full-body workout that builds strength and keeps your heart rate up. Using just one piece of equipment, you’ll flow through dynamic movements that challenge your muscles, improve coordination, and leave you feeling strong and accomplished
Metcon (Int, Adv): This class includes exercises that vary from moderate to high intensity using multiple muscle groups and exercise formats. After this workout, your body’s metabolism will be elevated, and caloric burn will increase.
PickleFit (Beg, Int): Boost your game with this fun, low-impact conditioning class designed to support your pickleball performance! This hybrid workout focuses on improving agility, balance, coordination, and overall movement, the key skills that translate directly to the court.
Pilates (Beg, Int, Adv): Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Pilates Fusion (Beg, Int, Adv): This class blends classic Pilates moves with energizing strength, balance, and flexibility work, to help you build a strong foundation for everyday movement.
Stretch and Mobility (Beg, Int, Adv): This 15-minute class is designed to be a break in your day to loosen your body and relax your mind. If you have a foam roller, bring it along!
Strength (Beg, Int, Adv): Build strength, power, and endurance in this high-energy strength training class! Using a variety of equipment and functional movement patterns, you'll challenge your muscles with dynamic, full-body exercises designed to improve performance and keep your workouts fresh.
Total Body Strength (Beg, Int, Adv): Save time by having a highly curated full body workout to hit every muscle group you need!
Turbo Lift (Beg, Int, Adv): Short on time, big on results! This 15-minute dynamic strength class focuses on movements to build power, improve endurance, and activate major muscle groups. With efficient, targeted exercises, you’ll leave feeling stronger and more energized.
TRX (Beg, Int, Adv): This TRX class uses your body weight and gravity to challenge your balance, core, and total-body strength in a fun and supportive environment. With adjustable intensity and creative movement patterns, it’s perfect for all fitness levels.
Walking Club (Beg, Int, Adv): Join us for a refreshing 45-minute, moderate-paced walk around along our nearby trails. Weather permitting, we'll head outdoors to enjoy some fresh air and movement together. Coming in July Wednesdays 7:15am
Zumba (Beg, Int, Adv): Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Class Intensities
Beginner (Beg): Perfect for beginners or anyone easing back into exercise after a break of 3 months or more, this class focuses on gentle, low-impact movement. Expect a comfortable pace where you can still carry on a conversation, with no jumping and smooth, controlled transitions to and from the floor. A supportive, feel-good workout to help you build strength and confidence.
Intermediate (Int): Designed for those who’ve been exercising consistently over the past few months, this class offers a moderate challenge with a mix of cardio, strength, and mobility. You’ll move at a steady pace—able to speak in short sentences—while incorporating optional jumping and controlled transitions to the floor. Modifications are always available to help you work at your own level while building strength and stamina.
Advanced (Adv): This high-intensity class is built for experienced exercisers ready to push their limits. Expect fast-paced intervals, explosive movements, and quick transitions from floor to standing. You’ll be working hard, able to get out just a word or two between breaths during peak effort. Perfect for those looking to level up their strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
